#12 ImageIM by file transfer

I would be great if after taking a screenshot, the
image could be sent to the buddy via filetransfer
instead of via URL.

This could piggy back on top of the normal gaim
filetransfer for the current protocol.

Of course sending screenshot via URL should still be
available too.

Fantastic plugin, really want to see this one become
more popular!
