im4java version 1.3.0 released

The im4java-project hosted at sourceforge.net just published release 1.3.0. The project aims to provide a pure-java interface to commandline tools which process images. Main focus are the various ImageMagick / GraphicsMagick commandline tools.

This release features support for ImageMagick's compare-command, a much enhanced Info-class and and various addtional fixes and improvements.
