The snapshot fails to work due to a missing folder:

/IlohaMail/data/sessions/

In case anyone tries to use the CVS snapshot, if you create the folder
and add it manually then everything works perfectly fine.

The new version is pretty cool, lots of great new features.  If it proves
stable, I might start using it on a daily basis to see how it works out.
