I am not sure if I understood you correctly, but what I was thinking
about is this:

We should make sure that one entry in the contact list corresponds to one
person and contains all information for that person.
If the need arises for another instance of the same person, you can
simply do so by creating a new contact that can have whatever data you
like.
What should not happen is that you can do this AND also give them the
same 'label'. You could not tell them apart any more.

I suggest making sure the user *has* to give seperate labels: one
'Brother, Home' and the other 'Brother, Work'. All other entries can
be identical for all I care.

To prevent confusion: The database field 'name' is not about last name
or first name, but just a label for the list of contacts.
