It seems to me that Ilohamail doesn't contain support for regions that
have daylight savings.
In the users timezone configuration, it might be useful to add a checkbox
for daylight savings (value 0 or 1) which could be used in ryosimap.inc
to correctly determine local time.
Similarly, for the server time to calculate the GMT time, (int)date("Z)
appears to return the standard GMT offset which doesn't include the 1
hour offset for daylight savings.
Haven't tested it yet, but appears that using something like:
$server_tz =3D (int)date("Z")-(int)date(I)*60*60; should work.
date(I) returns 1 if the area is in daylight savings, and 0 if it isn't.
half hour time zones are a bit more problematic to handle in ryosimap.inc
- I currently have a kludge just before the return statement of 'if
($tz=3D9.5) $tz_string =3D "+0930"; :0
Also, is there a reason in prefs.php that the list of timezones with
descriptions is commented out in favour of:
for ($i =3D -12; $i <=3D 12; $i++)
The above makes it hard to implement the 3 or 4 30 minute timezones in
the world :P
Thanks for all the work on Ilohamail!
