I've played around with index.php a little, trying to make the login
form look a bit better. I've found that the following small changes go
a long way to improving the layout, but of course this is just my opinion.
1) Remove the width attribute on the table inside the form.
2) Remove the size attributes of the user-id and password fields
3) Remove the " <p>" after the input field
These changes make everything line up much nicer in all versions of the
login page, but especially when everything is hidden except the user-id
and password fields. I could provide a patch if needed, but I guess the
3 steps above are pretty clear.
