#16 Failed to connect to mail server: logged in too frequently

Hi,

Some sort of caching would be nice. In the standard FS
setup I get the following error message from my GMX
Email pop3 account when I use 0.8.14-RC2.

"Failed to connect to mail server: -ERR logged in too
frequently, try again in 5 minute(s)."

I suppose retrieving all available messages, instead of
only the headers, and caching them locally would
minimize pop3 access. A combination with some sort of
synchronisation would be nice, so "obsolete" messages
will automatically be removed.
