With the new release of Canon's SDK, development has switched gears to incorporating their new librbaries. Canon's direct support of XCode is a huge update as before much time was incorporating their libraries into XCode.

An alpha version of the software should be available in July. The goal of this version is to implement some of the basic features such as camera settings control and scheduled time lapses. Check back next month for a download!
