Unfortunately, I haven't ever touched those classes
(there are only 3 developers who commited XmlSerializer
stuff) and have few knowledge about XML serialization.

I've now reviewed current code, and found that those classes are
too insufficient to recommend someone to use it right now.

Anyway, I'll look into those classes.
