#31 Include ikvm.exe in NuGet package

Currently the NuGet package does not include ikvm.exe. This is a bit of a problem for me as I need to run ikvm.exe as part of my build process for some of my projects. Adding ikvm.exe into the package would make it straightforward to use ikvm.exe in my project.
