Addresses the issue of NFO retrieval errors and cron jobs not finishing.

The NFO retrieval has a bug. It cannot retrieve NFOs that are smaller that specified in configuration in nntp.class.php

The patch resolves the problem without affecting the size of socket read as specified by user ot the NFO max size.

README:

Download, unrar and copy-replace the nntp.clacc.php in class directory with the one provided. Change setting of timeout as per your requirement.
