[Ikasaneip-announce] 0.7.11 Is released!

Hi all,

After a bit of battling with the Nexus repo manager at Sonatype we've
managed to release Ikasan 0.7.11.  This should be the last release for
the 0.7.x branch, we expect to release the admittedly more exciting
0.8.0 in the next few weeks :)

Again thanks for the support and the all of the bug reports etc that
have allowed us to make Ikasan better each release!
