[Ikasaneip-user] IRC Channel Move

Hi all,

We've finally managed to register the proper IRC channel for Ikasan EIP on
freenode.

So could evryone please ensure that they move to the #ikasaneip channel as
opposed to the ##ikasaneip channel.

The wiki has been updated.
