#1447 Unable to log in to Microsoft Partner website


Hello - I'm unable to log in to the MS partner website partner.microsoft.com using a windows live ID. I am using only Privoxy (no tor, no software firewalls), and I get the same error with chrome, firefox, and IE, current release versions of all 3. After attempting to log in, I am redirected to an error page "something went wrong". (https://partner.microsoft.com/Error.html?ErrorId=1900005) I've tried setting exceptions for .live.com and .microsoft.com, but either I am missing something, or there's some other issue.

I've set the following aliases to no avail: -block -filter -fast-redirects -prevent-compression allow-all-cookies -deanimate-gifs -hide-referer
for .microsoft.com and .live.com

I've verified I can log in successfully elsewhere, so my account is verified working.

I'm using 3.0.17 on Windows server 2008 R2

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
