#112 handle non-english google reader url

google reader can be accessed from many url, such as
http://www.google.fr/reader/

unfortunately, privoxy won't apply unblock-referrer fix.

Attached patch fixes this issue

    Thanks for the report.

    Could you post an example URL that is currently blocked but shouldn't
    so I can add a regression test?

    Hmm, I can't get the "blocking" url (if I remember correctly, it was a referer block inside Google Reader javascript) anymore.

    It seems it is no longer needed to "unblock" http://www.google.com/reader/ (.com or .fr) anymore, their javascript has changed a lot and works "out of the box" with privoxy default configuration.

    BTW, you can also remove .mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3 from hide-referrer list, since mandrakelinux is no longer used anymore by Mandriva (new name of Mandrakesoft).

    I removed the mandrake URL. Thanks.

    I'll leave .google.com/reader/ in the unblock section for
    now, as I wouldn't rule out the possibility that the problem
    doesn't show up in all countries.
