#1 Installation help

Hi,

I've downloaded the iisemulator-0.95.tar.gz tar file
and expanded the files. Any help on how to get this
installed and running would be appreciated. I see a
series of TPL, REG, DLL, and TXT files.

I searched all thru the file distribution but didn't
see anything. Is there any more documentation?
