Thanks very much for this module. I have successfully installed it but one of my websites requires Classic mode on IIS to run and the module requires Integrated pipeline mode. Is there a way to get the module to work in classic mode instead of me having to change my website ?

Unfortunately, this won't work in classis mode, since the module specifically hooks into the integrated pipeline to process requests.
