    Hi,

I'm newbie to iipimage and I'm try to set a testing environment for this software.
SO I try to compile it from sources on a debian 6.0.5 platform.
he configure, make and make install seem to go all well without any trouble.
But after the make-install phase there are no bin or lib folders as instead the doc seem say.

There is some incompatibility compiling the sources for debian 6 ?

    Thx,

    Andrea.

      Ciao Andrea,

After compilation you should find a iipsrv.fcgi file, this is the
      compiled iipimage server binary.

      Hope this helps,
      Denis

Don't forget that for Debian 6, there are Debian binary deb packages available from our download page, which you can install with apt-get

    Thx for precious informations.

    iipsrv.fcgi

I have success to run the IIP.
I use the svn version from repository.

I was previously disoriented because I see the "make install" seem install only docs and includes.

I foud also usefule this thread
    https://sourceforge.net/p/iipimage/discussion/299494/thread/5cb05347/
Infact my goal is exactly to test this product on my tomcat machine.

Now it work and I can see that iip is really an interesting product.
And I can go to study and understand how work and customize the "html MooViewer" client.

    Regards,
    Andrea.
