IIF v1.1.10 encodes almost 500% faster than v1.1.9. Animation support now includes custom framedelays so you can time your own animations. Spec sheet uploaded as well. Several minor bugs were fixed.

ManipulationID's have been revamped and optimized. Alpha can now be encoded in-file and used. Illogical header options have been removed. Encoding speed has been increased.
