Un-checking UDP and tryig to call only with TCP enabled can cause to IHU to freeze.

Many ISP companies in Asia and the Middle East are throttling UDP protocol/traffic so it would be harder for the subscribers to use share music from Jamendo or GNU/Linux distributions like CrunchBang over BitTorrent or to use SIP and other VoIP technologies.
In these cases, TCP is a good resort.
