#28 New SourceId test
Add new test targetting pre-connectathon AND do this first. A Registry may reject a Register transaction if it comes with a sourceId it is not configured for. The test should show that a Document Source responds properly to this (error message to console?). DS are being subjected to this treatment at connectathon and are not prepared for it.
