ehofer mentioned decklink 6.8+ had some problems.

currently, ihdtv only supports decklink send. should also support recv.

can try the new sdk (Blackmagic SDK 1.0 released on 10/27/2008) from http://www.blackmagic-design.com/support/software/register.asp?softID=316.
