As a developer I would like be able to look at a log that will show me all the key decisions the software makes so that I can easily debug and reproduce problems that a user has.
Acceptance:
DEBUG level logging shows everything possible.
lower levels of logging still show valuable information, but do not spam the log
default logging level shows stack traces on all exceptions and keeps a minimum amount of rolling logs in the application directory that are still useful for debugging.
