#2 COM+ service
We should add a COM+ wrapper to make it possible to
have IgnitionDb as a database "server" like for instance
MS SQL is.
This will make it possible to have (one or many)
dedicated servers running the database.

Before this can be done we obviously need to give
support for more then one open catalog at each time...
(today DbEngine is a Singleton)
