#168 Allow high-output commands, but cap their output

There are many commands we don't support because they
can output loads and loads of data. We need to support
the IRC (IRCX?) error that says "Command output halted
due to output buffer overflow" or something like that.
Doing this would allow us to cap the output at N lines
(I'd say, 30?) and send that error.
