This is a prerelease of the upcoming 0.3 release, meant only for testing. There are known bugs in this release and it is not feature-complete; it is meant only for testing.
Also, the license has changed to the Mozilla Public License, to make distribution with the Prometheus Library (http://prometheus.zerodivide.net), on which this new release depends easier.
