#24 Usermenu fails to display

I've just done a fresh install of IFS on a brand new CentOS install with the latest updates.

Install was error free.

Logging in using the default admin password, redirects to usermenu.php but fails to show any text.

Errorlog has been chmod-ed but remains empty.
