#20 R&D not working
i've installed pritty much every release of ifs... it's quite
good but i've found apart from version 1.0 the r&d
section don't work...
now this was really annoying but after running threw
pritty much all of the db from a fresh install of the latest
version i found out why...
in the Ships db section in the menu it's got & in the
section where to put the link.... i removed this and it's
now working.

& is used for XHTML compliance; it's good practise, as
& evaluates to the & symbol in HTML. Using just the &
symbol will usually work, but is improper code as & is the
"escape" character (< stands for <, > stands for >,
stands for a space; etc).
It is a mystery why this was causing problems; I'll look into it.

Where is it located? which file do i need to remove the
& from as i can't find it.
