#43 Electronic Deposits not recognized as income

When importing my .qfx file the direct deposits to my checking account get correctly added to the checking account history. The account balance is correctly updated.
But, the transaction is seen under expenses instead of income. It lists the source account as "Electronic Withdrawal" and the payee as the checking account. I can't figure out why it's doing this, but it leads to the graphs/cash flow summaries being incorrect.
