#14 Cancel Transaction enable when none is selected

Version: Mjrz Personal Finance Manager, Ver. 1.0.19 (beta).
1.There are 2 transactions. Don’t select any.
2.Click Edit -> Cancel Transaction. Nothing happens.
3.This is not very convenient. If no transaction is selected, then Cancel Transaction should be disabled.
