I tried a number of times to copy a folder and some other files to the
device (iFP-790, firmware version 1.24), the folder name might have
been too long, contained unsupported characters, or something, or
maybe one of the files. It was a long folder name and there were long
filenames containing : " ! etc.

I have tried power-cycling the device. There doesn't appear to be any
hardware reset button on it.
Is there any way to fix this?
