#4 DLL to request a chirp

ok ... how about a windows dll that can be used via api calls that takes in parameters and burps out sound. Instead of having a wav file to play ...

I'm currently creating a treadmill tracking ( exercise on treadmill ) workbook in excel that helps me to get the program parameters ready for the ifits.exe file. And then it stores other minutia about the work out.

Doing away with the wav file would be nice.
