--center-model *.glb support + offset

Hi!
Is it possible to add support for --center-model to glb conversions and perhaps only center the model based on x and y and not the z (height).

With https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/pull/788 --center-model will work in all serializers including glb, so check out the latest builds. I can understand the use of a --center-model-xy feel free to raise an issue https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/issues but can't promise on when it will be picked up.
