extraction information from IFC files !

Hi, I am new both here and to the IFCopenshell -python library.
I have set up the work environment and followed the short tutorial a couple of days ago.
Now I am having trouble retrieving certain values such as a property within a wall and coordinates and many building related details and since it seemed this excellent work was poorly documented.
Can anyone please guide me to retrieve the properties details?
