So it seems that the link to download the 0.6 version of IfcConvert actually download the 0.5 version of it (windows version).
If you could correct it, it would be much appreciated.

  We just discovered this yesterday. It only affects Windows. For now please use the builds here https://github.com/IfcOpenBot/IfcOpenShell/commit/e9a9c1ab7a867acdfad43d05a4052f518378c3f8#commitcomment-39962483
