Welcome to the IFC for Revit Sourceforge project! This project contains the .NET code and DLL used by the Revit 2012-2014 families of products that support IFC export, and link and export in 2015-2018. The open source version can override the version that comes standard with shipped Revit.
The newest version is for R2018 and R2018 LT, and is based on R2018 RTM, but will take advantage of fixes included in later update releases.
The version for R2017 and R2017 LT is based on R2017 RTM, but will take advantage of fixes included in later update releases.
The version for R2016 and R2016 LT is based on R2016 RTM, but will take advantage of fixes included in later update releases.
The version for R2015 and R2015 LT is based on R2015 RTM, but will take advantage of fixes included in later update releases.
The version for R2014 and R2014 LT is based on R2014 UR1, but will take advantage of fixes included in later update releases.
The base version of the R2013 code is based on R2013 RTM, but will take advantage of fixes included in UR1 and UR2.
The base version of the R2012 code is based on R2012 UR1. The latest R2012 code is based on R2012 UR2.
Any new customization projects should use the latest version of the code, unless it is specifically intended to work with a previous version only.

Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP are all certified for IFC2x3 Coordination View 2.0 Export as of v2.12.0 for 2013 and v3.4.0 for 2014, and base Revit 2015-2018. Revit LT is certified for IFC2x3 Coordination View 2.0 Export (Architecture) as of v3.11.0 for 2014, v15.1.0 for 2015, and base Revit 2016-2018.
