Revit export lofting component is missing(ifc 4), mainly part of the arc.
Also，Export ifc2x3, sometimes can export all the models, but the model file is very large, ask for help. revit file pic1 pic2

IFC4 is still a pretty new format, and a lot of viewers don't support it completely. I find that if you link your IFC4 file back into Revit, it looks better, but not perfect.
As for the 2x3 export, the 2x3 format is less sophisticated in dealing with the large warped surfaces of your roads, so it has to tessellate. Actally I had great success with your file using 2x3 and selecting extra low level of detail on export.
