I have this Door Family that generates some interesting elephant's ears when exporting to IFC and importing in Navisworks. The export looks correct in Solibri, though. I've reported this behaviour earlier for another family, but the as I can see the problem's still there...

If it looks ok in Solibri it is probably ok. Navis has a setting to use what is essentially Revit's IFC engine - is that enabled?
