Hello
First time for me here, not an IFC super-expert, but great job with this community and the exporter!
I'd like to know if it's possible to create a personal pset with thermal properties of material (not of elements), such thermal conductivity and specific heat. I'm trying to specify some of IfcExtendedMaterialProperties of IfcMaterial in 2x3.
Thanks

Yes, but at the moment that would require programming. I know it has been done in the past by people who have customized the exporter. We do have this as a request in our system.

Can you explain why programming is mandatory? The problem is Revit or the Export tool?
I thought I could copy materials' thermal properties in ad-hoc material parameters, then map them through the use of schedules or txt, but it seems it doesn't work.
I attached the easy ontology
Thanks again
Programming is required simply because we don't yet export IfcExtendedMaterialProperties. This is an issue with the IFC Export tool, and is a request on our list, to be sure.

Angel

Thanks angel,
extremely clear, unfortunately I'm not a developer otherwise I'd have helped.
