I'm having an issue with getting any Ifc reader to recognise the 'IfcElementType' attribute when exported from Revit. I'm trying to use this alongside predefined type 'USERDEFINED' to expand on the element information.
The parameter information does export and I can see the value "EXPORTED_ELEMENTTYPE" in the file (see attached 'Extract_IfcFile.PNG')
However when I view this in another package, nothing appears (see attached 'Extract_BIMCollab.PNG'; 'Extract_FZK.PNG', 'Extract_Solibri.PNG', and 'Extract_Solibri.PNG')
I also opened this Navisworks to take a look. Under 'Revit Type' tab. Ifc parameters are suffixed '[Type]', but the IfcElementType isn't (see attached 'Extract_Navis.PNG'). Is this right?
I've also attached the Revit, Ifc and Navis file for reference.
I've tried a myriad of ways to do this, so I'm either missing something really obvious or this some kind of bug. Any help with this would be warmly appreciated as I'm slowly going mad (also have an information delivery dependent on this working)
