I am trying to export my Revit project in IFC however all properties in revit has been exported and i want only to show the "Text Paramaters" in my IFC is there an easy way how to resolve this issue. I am not yet familiar how to use the "Export IFC Common Properties" that is why when i checked that setting i cannot see the parameters i created in the project. Kindly help me on this issue, i attached the file for your reference. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Revit parameters won't be exported to IFC if their values are not populated. In your "No need case", Image, Comments and Marks won't be exported into IFC.
The Phasing parameter also won't be exported since you need to map them to a Custom property set (not exported automatically to IFC).
I recommend you to get familiar with the basics of the IFC scheme so you can learn how to map custom Revit parameters to a custom property set (what you are trying to do on your "Ifc only"case) and how to make the most of Revit built-in parameters and Ifc Common properties.
