#3 ERROR Initialization Application

Hi,

I get an error during startup ....

ERROR Initialization Application

Tried to install in several ways but keep getting the same error message.
It's a windows 7 64 bit installation and I used the IENetP_v1.2.0.0_32bit.msi installation but I think it's the right one, correct ?
