#20 SFplayer16 sometimes takes filename does sometimes not !

When controlling the SFPLAYER16 with send /EXT/SFPLAYER16/FILE, ... from GUI-Process.
Also START sometimes plays from start sometimes from last position even if STOP was used.

maybe some concurrent time behavior.

Maybe some docu also needed.
