Help Guide - Manual indexing of electrodes

In the unlikely case that the automatical indexing fails, you can reorder electrodes indexes manually.

See one example below, from a highly deformed grid

Removing the links between electrodes makes the procedure less confusing

Click on the Manual Index button and reorder the electrodes properly in the new window.
The new order is easily obtained by looking at the actual plot and ordering the electrode numbers consecutivelly, as they are seen on the plot.

Press OK to save the changes. The new elecrode indexing order is applied and you can see the results ploted in the 3D view.
