Open Matlab(R). Add the new folder and subfolders to Matlab path. For example
addpath(genpath('c:\iElectrodes'))
iElectrodes have been tested to work well in Matlab 2016a in Ubuntu Linux and Windows.
Known bugs from previous versions:
2013a: electrode ploted marks "x" in 2D views are ploted outside the axes box plot.
2015a: voxel selection for clustering not working on 3D view, with exception of X-Y view.
We recommend you to download the 2 tutorial datasets provided. One dataset is in native space and the other one in normalized space. Go to the Files menu, navigate to exampledatasets folder and download the latest version.
You might want to try the latest features of iElectrodes. However, you should be aware that there might be some undetected bugs.
Since this version is under development, the features are not documented.
We appreciate if you wuld like to contribute to this project by using the overnight version and reporting any bugs. Feel free to send us any questions regarding the new functionalities
Unde the Code tab you will find the overnight version with the newest features of iElectrodes (overnight version).
You can simple click on the Download snapshot button and follow the steps for the Stable version.
It is recomended to edit /priv/default_ielectrodes_options.m and /priv/defaultColors.m to set the toolbox options regarding visualization and algorithm functiononing.
