OK, I don't see much in that man page, but OK. I guess that you can make a
policy to make wireless interfaces to now be wlanX. Then this would be
different as it then would be the kernel way? This was my point all the
time.

Cool, I was always under the impression that at the end it was all over this
emulated ethernet. Now with ieee80211 is not. Good to know then. Thanks for
answering. I guess that now a naming policy can be changed to support the
Wlan interfaces.
