#7 Write bit_string, octet_string, utc_time

Hi, would like to write bit_string, octet_string and utc_time type data. But when written, writing of these data are getting failed and previous data only exists. Can you please suggest how to write these data?

you are right, this conversions (from string to these data types) are not yet implemented. The implementation should be simple, I will look at it asap.

unfortunatelly I have got no time for updating/debugging/improving anything into IED Explorer for now. I will try to look at it as soon as possible, but it may take time.
The best way, if you lack something, is to improve it for yourself and send me a patch.
