#11 No menu - no fullscreen
Running version 2.8. I have no menu for maximizing the screen, the box the app is in won't move on the screen and clicking/double-clicking, triple-clicking, etc. does nothing to change this. I've uninstalled, made sure there were no files left in program files (86) and made sure there were no registry entries for IDTE and then re-installed, but I get the same thing.
High DPI issues are fixed in v2.9 but, Fullscreen is still WIP
