Ooh. Activity! I was just starting to think that nothing ever happened here.

How much development is going on? I notice that 0.83b2 seems to have been
around for a very long time with no further release.

Just wondering whether anyone has any plans for a release, as I've been
doing a bit of cleaning up here (working better with TIFF images, handling
UTF8 filenames etc.).  If any other development actually *is* happening,
I'll be a little more careful about keeping track of my changes...
