    Yes, and we can go on and on about this.  The fact of the matter is, 
over 90% of computer users out there use that, simply because that's 
what comes with the machine, and it's already there.  You can't simply 
ignore that fact and assume everyone has a clue to go download something 
else (and even so, a lot of them can't because they're on dialup.)

    Creating MSIE specific pages isn't the most fun part of my job, but 
I have to do it.
